Dr. Randolph Schwering – Founding Principal & Senior Consultant
As President and founding principal of The LeadingWell Group (previously Schwering & Associates), Dr. Schwering has conducted over one hundred executive development & organizational development programs throughout the U.S. Established in 1978, the firm has served clients in a variety of contexts to include entrepreneurial start ups, global corporations, not-for-profits and all levels of government.
Dr. Schwering is also Associate Professor of Management at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. He has over 25 years of experience teaching graduate and executive development courses in business strategy, innovation, leadership, organizational change, information technology and project management since 1987. Randolph has also served as the Manager of the Executive Fellows Program, Director of the Executive Semester MBA Program and Chair of the Division of Management within the Helzberg School.
Dr. Schwering has been doctorally trained (Univ. of Kansas) in management and public policy. He is also a certified trainer in a variety of assessment and leadership development instruments.
